Jack Eisenstat is a founder, Chief Investment Officer (CIO), sole risk taker, portfolio manager. Prior to starting the firm, he was a managing director and partner at Caxton International where from May 2003 through March 2008, he co-ran the European long/short equity fund. Prior to joining Caxton, he co-managed a similar fund at SAC from December 2000 to March 2003. Prior to SAC, Jack managed a US technology, media and telecommunications fund at Citigroup from February 1998 to October 2000 and was a generalist equity analyst from July 1996 to January 1998 for a hedge-fund at Travelers Group. He started his career in 1994 as a banker at Salomon Brothers. He received a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. He has a Masters in economics from Trinity College, Cambridge University, England.
Shameel Danish is a Portfolio Manager, Risk Manager, and Head of Trading at Eisenstat Capital Partners. Before joining Eisenstat Capital Partners, he worked for the founders at Caxton International as a trader for 3 years. Prior to Caxton, Shameel worked in the European Equities division at Citigroup in London as an institutional sales trader focused on hedge fund clients. Shameel graduated from Balliol College, University of Oxford with Honors in Philosophy, Politics & Economics.
Toby Kram is a Senior Analyst at Eisenstat Capital Partners. Before joining Eisenstat Capital Partners, he worked as a senior analyst at STG Capital Management covering semiconductors and tech hardware for 4 years and at LRL Capital Management for 1.5 years covering technology stocks. Toby started his career working as an analyst for the founders. Toby graduated with a B.S. from Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business.
Paul Southgate is a Senior Analyst at Eisenstat Capital Partners. Before joining Eisenstat Capital Partners, he ran European equity portfolios for Fortress Investment Group and Deephaven Capital Management. He began his investment career as an analyst with UBS Asset Management and has covered a variety of sectors including media, capital goods, aerospace, construction and technology. Paul graduated with honors in Economics from Newcastle University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
